    Maple-fennel bacon

    Ingredients 12 slices bacon 3 tbsp maple syrup 2 tsp brown sugar 1 tsp fennel seeds   Instructions  PREHEAT oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with foil, then top with a wire rack.  ARRANGE bacon in a single layer, over- lapping slightly if needed, across rack. Stir maple syrup with sugar in a small bowl.
