Blood Sugars & Pre-Diabetics

Recent studies have shown that nearly 60% of the population has a genetic predisposition for developing diabetes. There are many factors that lead to carbohydrate intolerance, insulin resistance and diabetic co-morbidities and I had the opportunity to discuss them in a talk I delivered in Utah this past summer through the American Association for Naturopathic Physicians. I’m excited to share this talk with you here on the blog.
