Stephanie is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) in Cambridge and is a member of the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario (CMTO). She is experienced in General Swedish massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release techniques, deep tissue, sport, and intra-oral massage. She has additional training in cupping. Her clinical areas of interest include working with shoulder injuries, increasing joint range of motion, scar tissue mobility, and chronic headaches.
Outside of work, Stephanie is very active, enjoying regular weight training, pilates, road cycling, and latin street dance. She is a strong believer that mindfulness, meditation, and balance in day to day life leads to physical and mental well-being. She is an adamant animal lover, having two free roam rabbits; Amicus and Madhuri.
