INGREDIENTS
1 scoop of chocolate pure paleo protein/whey protein or vegan protein
1 Tbsp of almond or natural peanut butter
1 cup almond milk
1/2 banana
(optional to add a handful of spinach, greens, 1tbsp flax or 1/4 avocado)
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all ingredients together on high speed. Serve and enjoy at home or on the go!
