After you book, your intake forms come to you through Jane.
Your first visit
Naturopathic medicine
A standard new patient appointment is usually 60–75 minutes. Please bring any recent lab results, a list of your current medications and supplements, and your insurance details.
Chiropractic
A first visit is 30 minutes, for adults and children. All you need to do beforehand is fill out your intake forms.
Psychotherapy
A first session is 45 minutes, for individual or couples therapy. All you need to do beforehand is fill out your intake forms.
Fees and insurance
Direct billing: our naturopathic doctors, physiotherapist and massage therapist can bill most insurance companies directly. The main exceptions are Green Shield and Equitable Life.
Fees for each appointment type are listed when you book online through Jane.
Cancellation policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less notice, and missed appointments, are charged the full appointment fee.

We have a few parking spots available right next to our building. City street parking is also available – see a map of parking near the clinic.
Accessibility: we’re in an older home in Uptown Waterloo, with 4–5 stairs to get into the clinic. The clinic is not wheelchair accessible.
