Easy Low-Carb, Keto Spinach Dip Recipe – simple to make, creamy, cheesy and tasty, this dip is perfect for a party. Serve it either with Keto crackers or veggies. Perfect for a crowd, loaded with spinach, artichoke, and cheese.
Ingredients:
5 oz cream cheese
4 cups baby spinach finely chopped
1 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/8 tsp nutmeg optional
1/2 cup artichoke hearts chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese optional
Instructions:
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the chopped spinach, cook for 2 minutes, until wilted. Add salt, pepper, garlic, and nutmeg.
Add the cream cheese, with the heat on low, using a wooden spoon or spatula, incorporate the cream cheese into the spinach. Add the cream. Add the artichoke hearts. Mix in 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese.
Transfer to a small oven-safe baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake for 20-15 minutes, until the cheese, is bubbly. Serve.
