High in good fats, fibre and phytonutrients…they are sure to keep your system balanced all day. I usually suggest one as a mid afternoon snack to replace the empty calories (cookies, crackers, granola bars) and caffeine that people typically have.
Spinach and Avocado Smoothie
Blend
½ avocado
1 cup of kale
1 small apple
1 cup of water or coconut water
Green Goddess
Blend
1 medium pear
1 small green apple
1 small cucumber
3 Tbsp of hemp or chia seeds
Juice from ½ lemon
20 small springs of parsley
1 cup of coconut water or plain water
