Pumpkin Spiced Latte

2oz of espresso
1/4-1/2 cup of almond milk
1-2Tbsp of pureed pumpkin
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp of ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp of ginger
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
dash of stevia (optional)
  1. Brew your espresso, and steam your almond milk, or heat it on the stove (it tastes just the same..it just wont be frothy)
  2. Combine your spices, or use an already made pumpkin spice- you wont be using all of this – just sprinkling to taste (i use between 1/8-1/4tsp) I use my blender for this, although you can also stir it together.
  3. Combine the coffee, milk, spices, and pumpkin puree. Stir well
  4. Top with the foam if you have it, sprinkle your stevia, and another dash of the spice on top to make it look pretty!
  5. Enjoy!

    I love doing it even, I never tire of doing it over and over again, sometimes I try more nuances and I like it, but sometimes no (laughter) thank you very much.
