Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie Bowls

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup berries of choice
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 3 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup creamy coconut or almond milk
  • Toppings: berries, granola, nut butter, coconut flakes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to blender (liquid last) then blend until creamy and smooth
  2. You may need to adjust liquid amount depending on your blender and size of bananas
  3. Pour into bowl then add toppings desired and enjoy!
  4. *You can make this in advance and eat within 2-3 days
